Specifically designed to help you get better management of your supplier invoices. We will help you check and match each invoice from you logistic services provider(s) and prepare them for booking into your financial system. How do we do it?
- We implement a dedicated solution on our systems - in conjunction with your team we incorporate your contracts and prices.
- We process your invoices. Where it’s appropriate we even digitize them, so sending us the hard copies is sufficient!
- Based on your company rules, we match the invoice to the contracts and approve or query them based on criteria including absolute tolerances, percentage tolerances etc.
- In return you will receive a file which contains all invoices and whether they are approved. All invoice entries will be coded with the right booking key for further processing in your financial system.
The only thing you have to do is upload the received file into your system for further financial processing. Matching each logistics invoice has never been so easy and the result will be shown immediately giving you high levels of efficiency and a significant cost reduction. |
